Inventory of a horse in Minecraft now includes two slots, in one of which a saddle is placed, and in the other some kind of block. For the Horse Powerups modification to work correctly, you should enable experimental settings in MCBE. The mod works in the game exclusively on the release version 1.18. Have a nice game!
